What an awesome experience I have had doing this, I have learnt to eat alot healthier and exercise daily. I purchased a cross trainer and at first was working out heaps on it but now I have been doing focusing on alot of core work...and omg yes Im lifting weights.
I now have a lower reading of cholesterol great blood pressure and have lost lots of kilos...I have never felt better. Mentally and Physically....This year I will continue on this Journey. Thanks Michelle for being a great inspiration!!! and you have a great name too haha...
With that Im off to the Gym!!!
